Application of the modern packaging technology is one of the basic conditions of expansion on the market. It has a role to promote the consumption beyond keeping the quality of the products. A packaging machine system representing the modern hi-tech is purchased in frame of the project. The machine allows packing in standing format bag which can be re-closed after opening. Its international name is POUCHBAG or DOYBAG.

Not too big food industry lump products can be packed by the machine, e.g. different (oil) seeds, dried fruits, drops, etc.

FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS OF THE MACHNINE:

1. Units for product preparation:

These provide to get the different products in a proper bulk form to the scales.

 

2. 14 headed scale:

A high precise, 14 headed, special scale to provide steadily equal quantity of product to get into the bags made by the machine.

 

3. Packaging machine:

It performs forming, filling and closing of the bags.

 

4. Foil printer:

It prints the date and identification numbers to the bags.

 

5. Checking scale:

It checks the weight of the packed bags.

 

Utilization the capacity of the machine is realized partly by commission work, partly by packaging of own products. A businesslike agreement is prepared for the commission work for packaging the products for the European market of SUNSWEET GROWERS INC., an American company. At the moment SUNSWEET GROWERS INC. is one of the biggest traders of dried fruits on the world, its distributors can be found worldwide.

 

The market demands request the development of good quality products by modern packaging. Our previous packaging technology did not allow developing the production neither quantitative nor qualitative.

 

This hindrance is overcome by installment of this advanced packaging equipment, providing a chance for the Iwinex Ltd. to reinforce its market position and to increase its business overturn.
